Car shake between 75-90 MPH

Hi guys, i brought an 2011 Audi S3 and have been issues with the wheel and car shaking.

When i brought the car it had 4 different tyres on and would only shake slighly past 100 MPH. I then got 4 brand new tyres fitted and i think the garage didn't balance them correctly, with the new tyres the car would not go past 70 MPH if you did the wheel and car would shake violently to a point where u have no control on the car. I got the wheels banaced again from a different place and is much better this time, the car goes past 70 but still has slight shaking between 75 and 90 MPH, past 90 it goes away.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

lots of variables. is the wheel straight and true?
aftermarket wheels?
balancing is still not right?
the tires may have worn out wrong will balance was off.
your suspension might need to be looked at more.
etc
