Set 30mph speed limit for airport parking

Hi you’ll
Recently purchased a Golf R 7.5
What a car.
The seller told me it was possible to set the car to a 30 mph limit through a combination of button presses so the car can’t exceed this if parked at airport etc.
Any help.

Not sure if it’s the same on 7.5, should be; but on my Mk7 R it’s the speed limiter in on the left side of steering wheel, press twice on the button with the clock and adjust speed to 30 press set and your car shouldn’t exceed 30 unless you plant your foot

I’ve sussed it, it’s to do with a ghost immobiliser, has valet mode that allows me to set it to a 30 mph limit and won’t start if exceeded on next start.

Wait so is it a default Golf R feature? Or is the ghost immobilizer an aftermarket thing?
